I think I got SIM swapped again this morning. On with TMobile.

After another very long phone call with TMobile, this attempt to SIM swap took place at the call center about 11PM last night.

Several things went wrong in the attempt, I think mostly due to the incompetence of the network, not the competence of security.

I had set on my account a note that no changes to my main line could occur without being in person at a store, so obviously policies aren't being adhered to within TMobile...

...except when it comes to the policies of escalation. I argued, pleaded and threatened for an hour with various members of the support team to get me in touch with security, legal or corporate, to no avail.
